Deep Cleaning and Unclaimed Item Policy
The Mom and Baby House

1. Deep Cleaning Services
We offer thorough deep cleaning for all types of baby gear, including but not limited to strollers, car seats, high chairs, playpens, baby carriers, and more. Our services are designed to ensure your baby’s items are hygienic, safe, and ready for use again.

2. Collection of Items
Once your items have been cleaned, we kindly request that you collect them within 30 days of notification that they are ready for pickup. This allows us to ensure that we are providing optimal space and services for all our clients.

3. Unclaimed Items
It is the responsibility of the client to collect their items within the specified time frame. While we will make one courtesy reminder, we are not obligated to contact clients to remind them to pick up their items. If items are not collected within 30 days, we will notify you once.

If there is no response or collection within an additional 60 days (for a total of 90 days from cleaning completion), the items will be considered abandoned.

4. Donation of Unclaimed Items
After the 90-day period, unclaimed items will be donated to families in need. We strive to support our community and ensure that baby gear is given to those who may benefit from it.

5. Communication
If you are unable to collect your items within the designated time, please reach out to us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative solution. We are happy to work with you, as long as communication is maintained. Failure to respond to reminders may result in items being donated.

6. Liability
While we take great care in handling and cleaning your baby gear, The Mom and Baby House cannot be held liable for items that are unclaimed or donated after the 90-day period.
