Arrival Time Guidelines for Meeting MK TRANS Couriers

Domestic Flights:

  • Book your meeting time 1 hour after landing.

International Flights:

  • Book your meeting time 1.5 hours after landing.

✅ Double-check your selected meeting time with the courier to ensure accuracy.

❗ If an incorrect time is chosen and a second trip is needed, extra fees will apply and may be deducted from your rental deposit.

  • Drivers do not call or text upon arrival.
  • The Courier Guy and Inter Town do not offer specific delivery times.
  • MK TRANS can deliver within a specified time only if the request is made and confirmed via email at least 48 hours in advance.

Deposit Refund Policy

Your deposit will be refunded after a thorough quality check of the returned items. Please allow up to 7 working days from the time the items arrive at our shop and are inspected by two staff members.

Note: Courier schedules may occasionally delay the return of items.

By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to our strict quality inspection process before any deposit refund is issued.

Details regarding damages and applicable penalty fees are outlined in our rental contract.
