You will receive an invoice with applicable shipping costs from us as soon as we have processed your rental contract.
How do I know when my item(s) is booked?
- Once we receive proof of payment, your rental item(s) will be reserved.
- Item(s) can only leave our shop premises once the amount has reflected into our bank account.
- Urgent or short-notice rental orders require an immediate payment to be secured once invoice and email confirmation is provided.
- Unpaid rental contracts and invoices are not valid bookings. Without payment, we will not reserve any item(s) or book couriers.
Did you know? All of our rental item(s) are deep cleaned, and each item goes through its own quality and security inspection.
